Handled Off-Platform: Spec Ops are not visible on your Bunny Studio dashboard. They are managed internally by our Customer Experience (CX) team.

Manual Process: These projects involve more hands-on coordination and are completed using external tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or others.

Direct Communication: All communication regarding Spec Ops will happen via email—not through the platform interface.

Extra Attention to Quality: Due to their complexity, Spec Ops receive more oversight to ensure expectations are met for both the client and the Pro.

Genuine Paid Work: Even though they're managed differently, Spec Ops are real, paid projects. You’ll be compensated according to your existing Rates or as agreed per project.

Faster Payment: Once your work is approved, payment is processed immediately, instead of following the usual 30-day window for platform-based projects.
