In this article, we’ll walk you through the updated workflow, one step at a time, so you can navigate it with confidence and make the most of every opportunity!
We’ll cover everything from receiving an invitation to submitting your deliverable, understanding the QC review process, handling client revisions, and how rewards are calculated.

1. Receiving an Invitation
When a Pro gets invited to a project, the platform automatically sends them an email!
If it's a Booking or a revision, you may also receive an SMS notification on your phone!

2. Project Details
Once you click on the "View" button, you will be given 30 seconds to review all the details about the project such as deadline, reward, remarks, script, brief, etc.
If you're completely sure you are a good fit for this project, you can confirm your acceptance or fall back on it without having any impact on your stats.

3. Accepting the Project
Once you are ready to accept all terms, and agree with the Deadline and Reward, all you have to do is simply check the box that says "I agree to the terms listed above.", and click on Accept work!
If this button is not available, it can mean one of the following:

- The project has already been accepted by enough Bunny Pros who may or may not have already submitted their deliverables. The project may become available again if any of these users don’t submit the deliverable. You will have the option of choosing whether you’d like to receive a notification if the project becomes assignable again.
- The project has been canceled by our client.
- You already delivered, and it was rejected by our Quality Control team.
- The project has already been accepted by enough Bunny Pros who may or may not have already submitted their deliverables. The project may become available again if any of these users don’t submit the deliverable. You will have the option of choosing whether you’d like to receive a notification if the project becomes assignable again.
4. Uploading a Deliverable
As soon as you accept the project, you'll be taken to the Upload Deliverable Page!
You'll have a clear view of the deadline for uploading your recording:
If you need to access the Script again, simply click on "Project Details" on the top of the page, and you'll be able to access all the previous instructions and Assets!
Once ready to upload your recording, you can click on "View Details", and proceed to the next stage of the project.
After that, you'll be able to submit your deliverable!
5. QC Review
Once the deliverable is uploaded, it will go through QC - this might have two outcomes:

The deliverable gets approved so the client can Accept or Request Revisions

Our QC Agents will request a Revision in case it does not fit the instructions
If the deliverable or file needs corrections, we will request a revision, and you should get an email notification (and possibly an SMS) about it!
The revision will have all the comments from the QC, and, of course, we’re also available to solve any issues or inconsistencies you may need help with.
6. Revisions from the client
When the deliverable gets approved by QC, the client will be able to listen to it for their own internal review. This means we might get their approval or revisions!
If we get revisions, we will check it as it needs to be clear and have something to do with the original instructions. If the client needs to add something, like a new character or a new phrase for a translation, the revision will have a fee, and you, as a Pro, can request an Additional Reward.
This would also apply if the client requests a lot of revisions and is never satisfied with the deliverables. Every case will be checked individually, and the Customer Experience agents will be on top of every interaction to ensure we have the best experience for the clients and Pros.
7. About Rewards
All rewards are added automatically to each Pros account after 30 days of being approved by our QC team. If there's any extra fee or arrangement, the agent in charge will credit the Pro's account directly!
