That is why every Talent Application goes through a structured review led by our dedicated Quality Control team!
Our QC team is composed of multicultural, experienced professionals in audio engineering and voice performance, and their role is to evaluate whether your Samples meet both client-level expectations and our internal standards for quality, clarity, and native level delivery.
What is evaluated in your application?
When reviewing your application, our team focuses on two main areas:
🖥️ Technical quality:
We assess whether your audio meets our required specifications and is free from distortion, background noise, echo, excessive processing, or other issues that could affect usability.
🎭 Performance and native delivery:
We evaluate pronunciation, accent authenticity, intonation, pacing, and age portrayal.
Clients rely on natural-sounding performances, so even subtle non native traits or unclear age differentiation can influence the outcome.
⚠️ Each skill you apply for is assessed individually: You may be approved for specific languages, accents, genders, or age ranges based on how consistently and convincingly you perform them.
When applying, make sure you upload at least one Sample per Accent, Age, or Gender you wish to apply.
If your application is missing Samples for a certain skill, it will be rejected.

What are the possible outcomes?
After review, your application may result in one of the following:
✅ Approval:
You are accepted for the skills that meet our standards and can begin accessing Pro features once your profile requirements are complete.
👍 Partial approval:
You may be approved for certain skills or age ranges, while others may not meet the required criteria.
🚫 Rejection:
If the Samples do not meet our technical or performance standards, the application may be declined. This ensures that the quality clients expect is consistently maintained across the platform.
⚠️ If your application is rejected, you may send a new one, provided you adjust your quality or performance with the provided feedback.
