One of the key elements that sets Bunny Studio apart is our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team.
Their role is to ensure that every deliverable meets both the client’s expectations and our internal quality standards.
We trust their expertise to determine which submissions are ready to be shared with the client and which ones may need additional adjustments!
How Does QC Review Your Work?
Before a project reaches the client, our QC team carefully reviews it to confirm that it aligns with:
-
The client’s brief and specific instructions
-
Our platform’s quality and consistency standards
They may either approve the deliverable or return it for revision, depending on how well it meets those criteria.
What Happens if QC Rejects My Submission?
If a deliverable is rejected by QC, don’t worry - you’ll be given clear feedback and a chance to revise and resubmit. This process ensures that we maintain the level of quality our clients expect while giving you the opportunity to make improvements.
Should I Charge for QC Revisions?
No, revisions requested by QC are part of our internal quality assurance process and are not eligible for additional compensation.
These revisions are meant to bring the deliverable in line with the project’s brief and guidelines before it reaches the client. If the original delivery did not meet the expected standard, adjusting it falls within the scope of the project.
