The Quality Control team has a set of questions they ask when reviewing any deliverable submitted to the platform. Keeping them in mind when producing your deliverable will help avoid revision requests and rejections.
The revision process breaks down the deliverables by element, ensuring every aspect is reviewed. These are the questions asked for each element:
Project Requirements

Does the animation match the length required by the client?

Does the animation match the purpose selected by the client?

Does the animation follow the instructions provided in the remarks section?

Does the animation follow the script or technical script provided by the client?

Is the animation aligned with the reference sample and/or the external material provided by the client?

Technical Requirements

Was the animation exported in the format requested by the client?

Was the animation exported in the aspect ratio requested by the client?

Was the animation exported in the frame rate requested by the client?
Important: if the client didn’t provide instructions regarding the technical specifications, they should follow the requirements of the platforms they are intended for.
