Every deliverable is subject to an internal review by our Quality Control team. Our team is composed of highly-skilled, professional individuals who are trained to review all the deliverables that come our way.
Our team can reject deliverables for the following reasons:
- The deliverable did not meet our Quality Control requirements. All our categories have high standards that must be met for every deliverable you submit. For this reason, our team reviews your work and ensures they match what we're offering our clients.
- The deliverable did not match the project's brief. All our projects will include a brief stating the project's age, gender, language, and accent that are required. If the voice presented doesn't match this brief, our team will proceed to reject the deliverable.
- The deliverable differs from the remarks provided by our client. Every project includes remarks provided by our client, which must be followed for every deliverable submitted. Should the recording differ from the client's expectations, our team will reject or request a revision for the file. The decision between the two is made depending on how much the recording varies from the initial request. Please note our team’s job is to ensure our clients’ needs are met for every deliverable.
I don't understand the rejection reason and would like to get more feedback. Where can I go?
If you would like to get more detailed feedback on your recording, you can share your deliverable alongside the rejection comments you've received from our team at our Community space. Here, members of our team, as well as other Pros, will listen to your file and give you feedback on it.
