Every deliverable you submit undergoes a thorough review by our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team. Our reviewers are skilled professionals trained to maintain the high standards that Bunny Studio promises to clients across all categories.
đźš« Rejections from Quality Control (QC)
Quality Standards Not Met
Each category has strict quality requirements. If your deliverable doesn’t meet these standards, it will be rejected. This ensures we deliver consistent excellence to every client.

Performing Incorrect Skills or Brief
Every project comes with a detailed brief outlining key factors like age, gender, language, and accent. If the voice performance doesn’t align with these specifications, the deliverable will be rejected.
Differences from Client Remarks/Instructions
Clients often provide specific remarks to guide the recording. If the final submission strays from these instructions, QC may reject or request revisions based on how significant the differences are. Our goal is always to meet the client’s expectations precisely.
👩‍💼 Rejections from Clients
In some cases, a client may reject your final deliverable.
This typically happens when the style or tone does not match what they were expecting, even if the file meets our internal standards - it is, basically, client preference!
If this happens, worry not! The project is canceled. but you will still be paid in full, and it does not count as a Rejection on your Stats.
This ensures that you’re not penalized when Rejections are based on subjective preferences rather than objective performance issues.
