There are a few main reasons why your invitations or account may be suspended:

 

If you've logged into your account and you see the banner below, it means that invitations are currently disabled for your Profile.



As a result, until your situation is resolved with our Pro Management team:

⛔ You’ll stop receiving project invitations for all project types: Speedies, Bookings, and Contests.

⚠️ Your Pro Profile will no longer be accessible via its public URL.

 

Why am I seeing this banner?

Suspending invitations for our Pros is not a decision taken lightly, but in most cases, it is reversible!
Our team can clarify them for you once you reach out via email.
 

Can my invitations be restored?

That depends solely on the extent of the situation.

For Unresponsiveness, Quality and Performance issues, this might depend on how many times you've been reported by the team for these reasons.

Our support and Quality Control agents will always be available to assist you for these reasons before it reaches a critical state.

If this is repetitive or consistent behavior, which you'll be contacted for every time, we might not be able to reinstate your invitations.

Other reasons that are more serious or critical might need some back and forth, and a more careful review.

Being disrespectful to our team while we do our best to offer you a tailored and human support will cause permanent banning of your account.

🔕 Unresponsive to Booking invitations or Revision requests

Our Pro Operations team will make three attempts at reaching out to you to understand what has been preventing you from working on projects. If you remain unresponsive to our emails, invitations will be suspended.

Being able to communicate via email and replying to our team is essential, so always keep an eye on your inbox, and make sure that your email provider is not marking us as spam.

Our emails always end in @bunnystudio.com, so make sure to whitelist this address to avoid from missing any communication we send your way.

🔇 Persistent Quality issues

If your projects have consistent quality issues that do not seem to improve, our Pro Operations team will reach out to provide feedback and guide you through troubleshooting the issue with our Quality Control team. If you are unresponsive to our three communication attempts or refuse to work on the quality issues identified, invitations will be suspended.

You should also keep in mind that it's essential to our algorithm that you maintain high Stats to continue receiving project invitations.

🚫 Non-compliance or disagreeing with our Creator Agreement

If you breach our Creator Agreement, the Pro Operations team will reach out to inform you. If you are unresponsive after three communication attempts or continue to breach our CA, your account will be suspended. 

👎 Disrespectful conduct or refusal to cooperate

If your account has been suspended and you'd like to reactivate it, please contact support@bunnystudio.com and the Pro Operations team will assess your case and provide further instructions.
