There are a couple of main reasons why your account may be deactivated:
If a Pro has not logged into their account in 90 days
Our system will automatically deactivate the account.
We will send three emails to confirm a Pro’s status in Bunny Studio. If a Pro ignores these three emails, we will assume they no longer wish to continue with us and will mark the Pro as inactive.
Unresponsive to our emails or Booking invitations
Being able to communicate via email and replying to our team is essential, so always keep an eye on your inbox, and make sure that your email provider is not marking us as spam.
Our emails always end in @bunnystudio.com, so add them to the list of exceptions to be sure you are receiving everything,
Our team will reach out to you in attempts to contact you, but if you are chronically unresponsive to our emails, invitations will be suspended.
Consistent quality issues
If your projects have consistent quality issues that do not seem to improve. It's essential that you maintain high Stats to continue to receive project invitations.
Consistent lack of compliance with our creator agreement
If our team has shared repeated warnings regarding any breach of our creator agreement. Our team will always share a warning before the account is deactivated.
