There are a few main reasons why your account may be suspended:
Unresponsive to Booking invitations or Revision requests
Our Pro Operations team will make three attempts at reaching out to you to understand what has been preventing you from working on projects. If you remain unresponsive to our emails, invitations will be suspended.
Being able to communicate via email and replying to our team is essential, so always keep an eye on your inbox, and make sure that your email provider is not marking us as spam.
Our emails always end in @bunnystudio.com, so make sure to whitelist this address to avoid from missing any communication we send your way.
Persistent quality issues
If your projects have consistent quality issues that do not seem to improve, our Pro Operations team will reach out to provide feedback and guide you through troubleshooting the issue with our Quality Control team. If you are unresponsive to our three communication attempts or refuse to work on the quality issues identified, invitations will be suspended.
You should also keep in mind that it's essential to our algorithm that you maintain high Stats to continue receiving project invitations.
Persistent lack of compliance with our Creator Agreement
If you breach our Creator Agreement, the Pro Operations team will reach out to inform you. If you are unresponsive after three communication attempts or continue to breach our CA, your account will be suspended.
