Want to receive more project invitations? Here's what you can do!
Getting started and gaining traction on Bunny Studio takes a mix of consistency, patience, and smart optimization. If you're not receiving as many invitations as you'd like, here are some proven strategies to help boost your visibility and performance on the platform:
✨ Your Profile
💰 Keep Your Rates Competitive
If your Stats are still improving, consider adjusting your Rates to make them more competitive. Many of our most successful Pros started with lower initial Rates to build a strong reputation, land their first few projects, and improve their Stats.
Remember:
- Rate progression is an important factor that will determine your competitiveness against other Pros.
Once a Bookings is created, the Reward is non-negotiable, as it is calculated straight from your Rates, so it's important to set them wisely from the start.
📈 Understanding Rate Progression
To increase your competitiveness, we highly recommend using a descending Rate progression.
Think of your pricing like buying in bulk: a single apple is more expensive per piece than a whole crate. Our system looks for this same "bulk discount" logic. When your per-word rate decreases as the word count increases, our algorithm sees you as a more scalable and competitive Pro.
How the system sees your Rates
Instead of just looking at individual points, our system "connects the dots" between your tiers to create a smooth curve. This curve determines the reward for every project length in between (like a 275-word script).
If your rates stay consistent (Linear) or go down (Descending), the curve stays predictable. If your rates go up as the project gets bigger, it creates an "inverted" curve that can limit the invitations the system sends you.
✅ Example of a Good Rate Progression
This structure provides great value for longer projects, which both clients and our algorithm prioritize.
Please note that the values below are for example purposes only, and are not to be used as suggested Rates.
| Word Count | Total Price | Price per Word |
|---|---|---|
| 5 words | $5 | $1.00 |
| 50 words | $10 | $0.20 |
| 500 words | $38 | $0.076 |
| 5,000 words | $300 | $0.06 |
| 50,000 words | $2,000 | $0.04 |
Why this works:
Descending Logic: The cost per word drops as the work increases, making you highly attractive for large projects.
Logical Tiers: There are no "price cliffs". The total price grows reasonably as the word count jumps.
💡 Pro Tip: The "10x Gap" Rule
For the most stable visibility in our system, try to keep your highest per-word rate (at 5 words) within 10 times of your lowest per-word rate (at 50,000 words).
In the example above, the gap is about 25x ($1.00 vs $0.04). While this is a strong "Descending" model, bringing those two numbers slightly closer together helps the mathematical curve stay perfectly balanced, ensuring you don't miss out on invitations for mid-sized projects!
🎧 Keep your profile updated with high-quality Samples
Your Samples are your calling card - clients use them to decide whether you’re the right fit.
To maximize your visibility:
Upload at least 10 high-quality Samples per approved skill.
Each Sample should be uploaded only once, matched to the most relevant skill.
Tag your Samples accurately—clients often search using keywords like:
warm,conversational,corporate,narration,friendly,authoritative,e-learning,promo.
👉 Learn how to tag your Samples effectively
Also, regularly remove Samples that no longer represent your current voice or performance quality. Outdated Samples may mislead clients and lead to rejections if your delivery no longer matches.
⚙️ Understand how the algorithm works
Bunny Studio’s Talent Selection Algorithm rewards consistency, performance, and responsiveness. It may take time to build momentum - but that’s normal.
To improve your visibility:
Keep your Availability Status up to date.
Respond quickly to invitations - even if it's just to reject them.
Complete all accepted projects and revisions on time.
Avoid rejections - quality issues and repeated problems can lead to fewer or paused invitations.

🧠 Final tip: stay active and keep learning
Building traction on Bunny Studio is a gradual process - but one that pays off with consistency. Stay on top of your email and notifications, update your profile regularly, and be proactive when a project invite comes your way.
The more you show up, respond, and deliver great work, the more our system will recognize you—and the more clients will too.
