What is the "Request Help" tool?
The Request Help tool, formerly known as "raising a flag," serves as a direct channel for Pros to seek assistance or clarification during their projects!
This tool was created with optimization in mind, as our agents will see the flag raised in the system if you need any help! This is tailored to be faster than emails, so we can streamline your efficiency as a Pro, and you can get back to work as soon as the issue is resolved!
How Does it Work?
When a Pro clicks on the Request Help button, a flag is generated and sent to our CX team, containing all relevant project details, Pro information, and comments provided by the Pro.
This streamlined communication ensures that our team has all the necessary information to address the Pro's concerns promptly and effectively, which via email, would frequently require some back-and-forth with the talent.

- Access the Project you need help with.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you should find a Request Help button!

When should I Request Help?
Here are the scenarios where you should utilize the Request Help feature:
- Unclear instructions or project details
- Difficulty syncing with client requests
- Missing assets (such as background music, images, videos, etc.)
- Questions about the script or project requirements
- Project incorrectly posted
- Consideration for a higher reward
- Need for additional time
If a project is part of our old fulfillment system, you'll still need to raise a "flag" if you need support with the project:
Since we've changed to our new system, some specific projects are still launched via the old system.
If you need to raise a flag on one of those projects, you can do so by following these steps:
- On the Additional Instructions section at the bottom of a project's page, you will find a message that says “Are the project requirements full of errors or confusing? Don't be shy! Please click here to let us know so we can follow up with the client.”
- Once clicked, the flag project page will open. Here, please describe what is the issue and/or question you have about the project.
- Click on the Submit button, and a flag informing our Customer Experience team will be raised.
- Our team will follow up with you within the next 12 hours.
