Mark yourself as away if you will be unavailable so you can avoid receiving project invitations and bookings during a set period of time.
Using our away feature will help us and our clients understand when you will be able to record and ensure your stats don't get affected in case you receive a project while away.
To set or modify your vacation settings, please follow these steps:
- Click on Vacation Settings here, from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Click on Set a vacation time.
- Mark the dates from and until in which you will be away. Keep in mind the returning date should be set for the day you will be available to start taking projects again. For example, if you will be away from your studio from January 1st to January 4th, you should set your return date on January 5th.
- Click Save.
I want to mark myself unavailable for one day only, is this possible?
Sure! To ensure the trigger is on for the entire day, please set your return date after you will be back. For example, If you will be away on January 1st, the “from” date should be January 1st, and the “until” date should be January 2nd. This way, the system will count that you will be away all day on January 1st and will mark you as available on January 2nd.
What time zone does your system use for the away trigger?
Our system will use Pacific Standard Time to manage the away time system. Please keep this in mind when setting your away time.
Will Vacations affect my Revisions?
Please note that we honor a 35 day window to take revisions from clients.
• 28 days while the project is still active.
• 7 additional days after the project was fully Completed.
If you are on Vacation, and you receive a Revision for a project, please note that you'll receive an expiration automatically, and the project will be re-managed to another Pro.
In light of this, please try to accept projects only for which you know you'll be available for a minimum of 35 days after, to attend to those revisions, if they arise.
The system will then block your profile from any new requests from our clients, be it new projects or revisions. We may contact you via email if our client reaches out asking for urgent changes. Keep in mind, you’re not obligated to deliver, but we may email you to see if you can make an exception.
What if I have to be Away for an emergency?
Our team understands that sometimes you'll have to use your Vacations settings for emergencies, and that you can't always plan 35 days ahead.
In that sense, if you are suddenly unable to tend to any active projects, please contact us via support@bunnystudio.com to let us know. This way, our CX Agents may be able to negotiate with the client so they don't lose your voice!
