If you have a trip planned or need some time away, mark yourself in Vacation if you will be unavailable! This way, we can avoid sending project invitations to you, and there's no risk of leaving a Booking or Revision unattended.
Using our away feature will help us and our clients understand when you will be able to record!
To set or modify your Vacation settings, please follow these steps:

Click on Vacation Settings here, from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of your screen.

Click on the date fields to choose the Start and the End of your Vacation.
☀️ Can you mark yourself as Away for one day only?
Yes, that's possible - and very helpful for our team to know!
🗺️ What time zone does our system use for the Away trigger?
Our system will use Pacific Standard Time to manage the away time system. Please keep this in mind when setting your away time.
🏝️ Will Vacations affect your Revisions?
We take our Pros' availability very seriously.
Your Vacation will affect your Revisions in the sense that if you have set yourself on Vacation in the platform, and you receive a Revision for a project, this will cause an automatic Expiration, and the project will be canceled or re-managed to another Pro.
You might also receive a message from our team in order to check in on your availability - which, in case of unresponsiveness, might cause your invitations to be paused indefinitely.
Please note that we honor a 35-day window to take revisions from clients.
• 28 days while the project is still active.
• 7 additional days after the project was fully completed.
In light of this, please try to accept projects only for which you know you'll be available within this time frame to attend to those Revisions, if they arise.
The system will then block your profile from any new requests from our clients, be it new projects or revisions. We may contact you via email if our client reaches out asking for urgent changes. Keep in mind, you’re not obligated to deliver, but we may email you to see if you can make an exception.
🚨 What if you have to be Away for an emergency?
Our team understands that sometimes you'll have to use your Vacation settings for emergencies, and that you can't always plan 35 days ahead.
In that sense, if you are suddenly unable to tend to any active projects, please contact us via support@bunnystudio.com to let us know. This way, our CX Agents may be able to negotiate with the client so they don't lose your voice!
