Pros should not contact our clients under any circumstances. All the communications pertaining to a project, both with our clients and Pros, will be handled exclusively by our Customer Experience and Client Onboarding teams.
In many cases, our clients are intermediaries working for their own clients. The name, business, or other information displayed on projects may not correspond to the name of our client. Contacting them could cause confusion and, even possibly, anger. Our team counts on experienced, professional project managers who are available to help Pros with any questions or issues that may arise.
Why shouldn’t Pros contact our clients?
As a Pro, Bunny Studio is your client. As such, we are responsible for the fulfillment of every project, which involves the communication of any questions and/or issues that may arise.
Our terms of use state that you are selling your deliverable with a full buyout to Bunny Studio. We, in return, sell it to our client if it's approved by our Quality Control team. Please read the terms carefully to ensure you're aware of the aforementioned policy. Every project is covered by this policy.
