At Bunny Studio, transparency and trust are at the heart of how we work with our Pros.
That’s why every creator who joins the platform agrees to our Creator Agreement — a document that outlines the key terms, protections, and responsibilities involved when working with us.
Upon signing up to become part of our pool of Bunny Pros, all talents must agree to our Creator Agreement, which can be found here:
📜 Creator Agreement (Rev. November 2024)
This agreement ensures that your rights are respected, your work is protected, and expectations are clearly defined. Whether you're delivering your first project or your hundredth, understanding these terms helps create a smooth, fair, and secure experience for everyone.
Below, we've broken down the most important sections of the agreement so you can easily review what matters most — including one of the most crucial points: your voice and identity are protected, under our terms, from any AI cloning or unauthorized use.
1. Protection Against Voice Cloning and AI Use
Your voice cannot be cloned, synthesized, or used for AI training without your explicit, written consent. This protection is clearly stated in the agreement (Article 4.2). Your voice and identity are yours alone.
2. Ownership Transfers Apply Only to Accepted Deliverables
Once your deliverable (Digital Good) is accepted, Bunny Studio owns the rights to that specific file — not your voice or likeness. Only accepted deliverables are paid and assigned (Article 4.2).
3. Independent Contractor Status and Platform Use
You remain a freelancer. Bunny Studio is not your employer or talent agent (Article 10.1 & 10.2). You’re free to work elsewhere, and Bunny Studio cannot represent you to clients directly.
4. Original Work Requirement and Third-Party Content Restrictions
You can’t use third-party content (music, effects, etc.) unless you have proper rights to do so and have informed Bunny Studio about it (Article 3.2 & 4.4).
5. Deliverable Rejection and Resubmission Policy
If a deliverable is rejected, it won’t be used or paid. You may revise and resubmit it only if still within the project deadline (Article 3.4).
6. Payment Terms for Accepted Work
You’ll get paid only when the deliverable is reviewed and accepted by Quality Control (Article 5.1). Project rewards are credited 28 to 30 days after your deliverable is accepted.
7. Confidentiality Obligations for Project Materials
Any scripts or client materials you receive must be kept confidential and only used for the assigned project (Article 6).
8. Responsibility for Legal Compliance and Infringement
You indemnify Bunny Studio if your work infringes rights or breaks laws (Article 7). In other words, only submit work you created and legally own.
9. Agreement Termination Rights and Conditions - You Can Leave Anytime
You can terminate the agreement anytime — just make sure no projects are pending (Article 8.1). Failing to comply to ongoing projects might cause your account to be banned indefinitely - and the project reward might be withheld.
If all is complied accordingly, you'll be paid all that you are owed before your account is closed.
