Contests offer clients a unique opportunity to explore a range of possibilities before making their choice. With up to six auditions to choose from, it's a great way to ensure our clients get the chance to discover their perfect fit!

Let's take a closer look at how it all works:

Client Brief: Clients provide their project details by filling out the project form.

Matching Pros: Our algorithm takes into account Pro Stats, availability, and Rates to identify which Pros will receive an invitation to participate in the contest.

Invitations Sent: Pros who match the project receive email invitations to participate! Available contests can also be found in your Dashboard.

Quality Assessment: Our Quality Control team carefully reviews all submissions, making sure the script is correct and that there are no quality issues in the audio! Once QC approves your audition, you will already be eligible to receive a reward for participating correctly, and your entry will be sent to the client! So even if you're not selected as the final winner, you get paid for the quality-approved audition.
Rejected slots become available again, with a reminder sent to interested Pros. Our system may also invite additional matching Pros to fill any remaining slots. -
Client's Options: Clients review the auditions/proposals and have two choices:
• Select a winner from the three auditions/proposals received.
• Request three additional auditions/proposals if they desire more options. -
Final Steps: The winning Pro is requested to submit the final deliverable. Our Quality Control team evaluates the submission, either approving it or requesting revisions! Upon approval, your final reward is scheduled!
Delivering Auditions and Deadlines:
You will have between 25 and 30 minutes to deliver contest auditions, depending on the script's length. The exact timing is provided on the acceptance page, and it's the same as for a Quality Control revision.
Length of Contest Auditions:
Contest auditions should be no longer than 100 words.

Which services are invited to Contests?
Currently, contests are only available for our Voice Over service.

What if the Audition Script looks incomplete or cut short?
If the last sentence is cut short, read until the word or slightly beyond to close the sentence.

What should I record for the audition?
Only deliver the text included in the auditioning script. There is a reward for participating correctly. If you are selected as a winner, you will win an additional reward! -
If syncing is part of the project, should I do it for the audition?
Syncing is not required for the auditioning script; it's needed only once you're selected as the winner. -
Do Contests also impact my Stats?
Every contest audition you win will be added to your stats. However, if you are not selected, it does not count as a Rejection!
You can, however, receive a rejection if you have Quality issues or do not follow the instructions correctly. In this case, the rejection will count against your stats.
Pay attention to the audition script and brief when participating to increase your winning chances! -
Winner's Delivery Time:
Once selected as the winner, you have 24 hours to deliver the final script. If needed, contact our Customer Experience agents immediately to make any necessary adjustments!
