These scammers can be quite convincing, and it's essential to exercise caution when engaging with anyone that claims they are associated with Bunny Studio!

2. Never Share Sensitive Information

We want to emphasize that you should never share sensitive information, such as your identification, bank details, or personal information, with anyone outside of our platform. Bunny Studio's legitimate communications will always come from official email addresses, which end in @bunnystudio.com.

3. Verify Sender Addresses

If you receive communication from someone claiming to represent Bunny Studio, always verify the sender's email address. Bunny Studio may occasionally contact you directly for negotiations, project details, or to provide assistance with payment issues, but these emails will always end in @bunnystudio.com.

4. Pro Payments Occur Exclusively Inside Our Platform

Remember that all project-related interactions and payments should occur within the Bunny Studio platform. Scammers may attempt to lure you into off-platform conversations or transactions. Rest assured that projects are fulfilled exclusively within our platform, ensuring your security and the integrity of the process.

Additionally, it's good measure to verify that the details informed for your payout method are correct and up to date before requesting a withdrawal.

5. We Will Never Request Your Full Details

It's important to note that Bunny Studio will never request sensitive information, such as your complete identification or credit card information. We may reach out via email only to request confirmations, but we never ask for your full ID. If we ever require information from you, we will clearly specify that you can redact or obscure sensitive data to protect your information.

i.e.: When we need to manually confirm your Payout method, we may request to confirm only your full name and the last 4 digits of your document, but we don't require your date of birth and other sensitive details.
