Yes, you can! Attachments help our Pros to understand what you are looking for, and references or extra information in the form of attachments is always welcome.
Remember that for Voice and AudioAds projects; you can add the script as an attachment for reference. However, the script must be pasted into the script portion of the project form. This is so the platform can count the number of words to be recorded, we properly compensate the pro, and we can charge you appropriately.
As you can see in the screenshot above, you can drag different file formats to provide more information or context to the pro so they can deliver the best possible output you desire.
Adding attachments to a revision request
Need to share something extra when asking for a revision? You can add attachments there too! Here's how:
- Go to your project and find the deliverable you'd like changed. Then click Revision.
- Tell us why a revision is needed: Deliverable has quality issues, Bunny Pro didn't follow instructions, or Change script or specifications. Keep in mind that changes to the script or brief will incur a fee, since the Pro needs to re-record the full script.
- Click Next and describe the issues with the delivered audio or video. The more details, the better!
- If your script needs changes, paste the updated version in the Include the updated script if changes are needed box. Just like when you submit a project, please paste the script there rather than only attaching it.
- Under Attachments, select a file or drag it into the box. You can upload as many files as you need!
- Click Next to finish and send your revision request.
Not sure what to attach? A short audio clip showing how a word should sound, a marked-up script, or a video or audio reference for timing can make a big difference for the Pro.
