Backup Projects are used as a precaution when our algorithm sees that there is a change. It happens when a project might see a delay or when your chosen original pro is unable to fulfill the project. In such cases, we launch a backup contest project to provide you with alternatives at no additional cost.
But don't worry! This is activated just in case you are working on a tight deadline. A Backup Project means that you'll receive three custom auditions from which you can choose a winner to complete your work. As soon as the 3 auditions are delivered, you will be notified by email. If you like any of the auditions before receiving all of them, let us know at support@bunnystudio.com, and we will choose the winner so they can start working on your project.
The main booking will be automatically canceled as soon as the backup project has been launched. Reach out to our Customer Experience team if you need help deciding the best way to proceed if you have any further questions.
If you do not like any of the auditions, we can also help you relaunch this project as a regular contest for more auditions. We can also relaunch a new Booking with a newly selected Pro. If you have any additional comments or questions and we'll be happy to assist you!
