Stats are a key element of your success with Bunny Studio!
Not only do they reflect your performance, but they also measure how competitive and successful you are in the platform!
Understanding how Stats work will help you leverage your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and, if you take care of your Stats really well, boost your chances of getting more Contest and Speedy invitations.

Are your Stats zeroed?
You need a minimum of 5 projects of each type completed in order for your Stats to be calculated. If you only have 5 Speedies, for example, only Speedies Stats will be calculated.
Once you have 5 Contests, your Stats for Contests will start being calculated. The same goes for Bookings!
Now, let’s dive into how your Stats are calculated and how you can keep them shining bright!
Why do Stats matter?
Stats are a set of metrics that track your performance on the platform, such as delivery speed, quality, and responsiveness!
They help us ensure quality standards and give our team an idea of what to expect when working with you.
How are Stats calculated?
Our Stats calculation will take into account all projects completed within the last 365 days. We know that you improve with time, and our Stats are built to reflect that!
There are a few exceptions, as some projects will not be taken into account for your Stats. These are:
• Projects that our team has agreed to remove from your Stats
• Projects that are Expired on the client's side
• Projects that are Canceled on the client's side
Our team is unable to remove only Expirations, Rejections or Revisions from a Pro's Stats. Instead, when a project is confirmed by the team to be unfair to the Pro, we will remove the entire project from the Pro's Stats.
What is included in our Stats?
- The number of deliverables you have submitted.
- The number of approved deliverables.
- The number of deliverables rejected by Quality Control.
- The number of projects that you let Expire.
- The number of revisions requested.
- Response Speed for accepting Bookings.
- Response Speed for Revisions.
All these factors will play a part in determining how competitive and successful you are against other Pros!
Also, if you are new to the platform, or haven't worked much during the last 365 days with us, chances are some of your Stats will be zeroed. This is completely normal, as you'll need a minimum of 5 projects (for each type) for your Stats to start being calculated.
Here we have some visuals of a Pro's Stats sections, so we can have a better idea of what you'll find when looking into your Stats page:
Your work
Here you'll be able to see how many projects are currently counting towards your Stats.
As shown above, this Pro has worked on 2375 projects, has let 1 Expire over the deadline, and, so far, has no Rejections from Quality Control.
Once again, let's not forget: these are all projects from the last 365 days.
And if, for example, we removed that one expiration from the Pro's Stats, the total projects submitted would lower to 2374.
Feedback
This is the count of how many clients have favorited you in the last 365, as well as your Average rating score, taken directly from your Reviews.
Bookings
In this section, you'll have an overview of your Bookings Stats!
This Pro has submitted 454 Bookings, and all of them were approved by the clients.
If a client was yet to accept one of the deliverables/Bookings, their total of Approved work would drop, as well as their Approved work by clients percentage.
The Top 1% refers to the extreme success this Pro has, considering how many Bookings they have completed in the last year, and compared to other Pros in the same category!
Your Top percentile will be a combination of:
• How many Bookings you've participated in, compared to other Pros in the same category
• How many of these Bookings were approved by the client
Speedies
This Pro has participated in 1116 Speedies, but only 1099 were approved by the clients.
Clients can also request to change the Pro without cancelling the Project. So, in such cases, if another talent is selected to replace the first Pro, that Pro's Stats will be counting the project as 1 Speedy submitted, but it will never be counted for Approved work.
The Top percentile here is calculated the same way as Bookings:
• How many Speedies you've participated in, compared to other Pros in the same category
• How many of these Speedies were approved by the client
Contests
This Pro has participated in 31 Contests in the last 365 days, and they have been chosen as the Winner of all 31.
Since the Pro's success is astounding, against other Pros in the same category, their percentile is Top 1%!
The Top percentile here is calculated the same way as Bookings and Speedies:
• How many Contests you've participated in, compared to other Pros in the same categories
• In how many of these Contests you were picked as the winner by the client
Revisions and Response Speed
Revision stats count how many revisions you uploaded for all kinds of projects.
Your Revision count will also have an impact on your invitations, if they are proportionally high against your total projects.
However, our team is always open to discussing these Revisions, and if necessary, we'll remove the project from your Stats so it doesn't impact your numbers.
The Response speed Stats measure how long it takes you to respond to a project.
For revisions, it measures the average of time it takes for you to upload the revision, from the moment it is requested by the client or by our Quality Control team.
And, for Bookings, it shows the average of how long it takes you to accept the Booking invitation, from the moment the invitation is sent to your profile.
