Can Bunny Studio use my voice for AI development?
No. The Creator Agreement you sign once you join our platform as a Pro prevents your deliverables from being used for AI development, unless you explicitly consent to this usage.
This is found in section 4.2:
"For the avoidance of doubt, assignment to and ownership of the Digital Good does not grant Bunny Studio or Customer the right to produce a voice or likeness of, or otherwise clone in any way, Associate’s voice, unless Bunny Studio or Customer, as applicable, has obtained prior written consent from Associate."
Can clients use my voice for AI development?
The answer is also no. The Account Creation Agreement binds all clients who create an account on our platform and prevents them from using deliverables obtained through Bunny Studio projects for AI development, unless the Pro has explicitly given consent to this usage.
This is found in section 4.2:
"For the avoidance of doubt, ownership of the Digital Good does not grant User the right to produce a voice or likeness of, or otherwise clone in any way, the voice of the individual who made the Digital Good, and User is hereby prohibited from directly or indirectly doing so, unless User has obtained prior written consent from the individual and with specifications to the type of AI Technology that will be used including but not limited to whether it is AI Voice Cloning or AI Voice Model Training. No AI Technology, including but not limited to AI Voice Cloning or AI Voice Model Training, will be used unless prior written consent has been provided by all parties including a description of the scope of the project and the AI Technology that is to be used. User agrees to indemnify Bunny Studio from any and all claims, damages, liability, settlement, attorneys’ fees and expenses, as incurred, on account of or resulting from any breach of the foregoing."
