To support this, our algorithm and Quality Control (QC) team carefully review all samples uploaded to the platform. This helps ensure that every sample meets our quality standards and gives clients a clear sense of what to expect when they book you.
Samples are your chance to showcase your range and skills, so it’s important they represent your best work and align with our guidelines.
What Makes a Sample Effective (and QC-Approved)?
To be accepted by our QC team, your samples must meet the following criteria:

One style per sample: Each sample should demonstrate a single style or tone. Avoid mixing different styles or unrelated clips into one file.

Meet QC standards: Your sample must align with our technical and creative quality requirements, which vary depending on the service (voice over, writing, video, design, etc.).
- No personal information: Do not include your name, email, phone number, or any other personal data in the audio or file name.

Files that don’t match the required format won’t upload properly.

❗ If a sample fails to meet any of these conditions, it may be rejected by the QC team. Double-check everything before uploading.
How Long Does QC Take?
Sample reviews typically take up to 48 hours for Voice Over.
For other services - like writing, video, or design - the review time may be longer due to different assessment criteria!
Can I Upload the Same Sample More Than Once?
No. Each sample should be uploaded only once and matched to the most relevant purpose. Even if a sample fits multiple purposes, choose just one. A versatile and well-organized profile increases your chances of being booked.
How Many Samples Can I Upload?
There’s no cap on the number of samples you can upload - but quality matters more than quantity. In our experience, clients prefer Pros with a smaller set of clear, high-quality samples over profiles with dozens of unfocused ones.
We recommend uploading at least 10 high-quality samples per skill you offer, each tailored to highlight a specific style or strength.
