After completing a project, clients have the option to leave a Review, which may include a star rating and an optional written comment or feedback. Reviews are not mandatory, and not all clients choose to leave them - but when they do, it’s a great opportunity to understand how your work is being received.
To check your Reviews, simply visit your Profile and scroll down. You’ll see all client Reviews listed in chronological order, including any ratings and comments they’ve shared.

Once you get some Reviews, they'll show like this in your Profile!
I received an email saying a client left a Review, but I don’t see a comment!
In these cases, it’s likely the client submitted only a Star Rating without a written message. This is completely normal - written comments are optional and up to the client’s discretion. Rest assured, the rating still contributes to your overall credibility and performance.
