For our platform to accept your Sample upload, first, you'll need to make sure that your Sample is in the correct format, and has the necessary specifications:
- Format: WAV
- Track/Channel: Mono
- Sample Rate: 44.100 Hz
- Bit Depth: 16-bit
- Length: No longer than 30 seconds
- Normalization: -3 dB Peak
- Quality Control: Ensure there is no distortion, room echo, or over-processing in your samples

Please give the system time to upload the file. Since this is a .wav file, it might take a little bit to fully upload, depending also on your Internet speed.

Click on Samples in your dashboard.
Or, click on your profile's drop-down menu in the upper right corner, and select "Your samples". -

How do I know if my sample was Accepted or Rejected?
After uploading your samples, our Quality Control team will review them to make sure they meet our quality standards!
You'll be able to see the status under each sample, in your Samples page:
In case your Sample is rejected, you will receive a communication, along with some feedback on the reasons for the rejection! If your Sample was approved, you will not receive any emails, so keep your eyes peeled on your Samples page!
How long will it take for my Sample to be reviewed by Quality Control?
Due to the high volume of Samples uploaded on the daily, it may take around 48 hours!
