Important: According to our Creator Agreement, Pros are expected to work on all Bookings they receive, as these are direct invitations based on your availability, Samples, and Rates.
The only exceptions are cases where the project content goes against your personal beliefs, ethics, or morals.
It’s also essential to keep your Rates up to date, since a client’s ability to book you depends directly on whether your pricing aligns with their budget during the creation process.
❓ Will your Stats be affected if you reject a project?
That depends on the type of project you were invited to. Here’s how it works:
📅 For Bookings
If you receive a Booking via your dashboard, email, or SMS and you’re not able to take it on, please follow these steps carefully:
Do not accept the project.
Contact our CX team immediately to inform us you won't be working on it.
You can do this by Rejecting the project, as well.Set your profile to “On Vacation” if you’re unable to work for a certain period of time.
Following these steps ensures:
Your Stats won’t be affected
Our team can quickly assign other suitable Pros for the client
You maintain a strong reputation on the platform
Ignoring or accepting a Booking and then not delivering will impact your Stats and possibly affect future invitations.
⚡ For Speedies and Contests
No need to worry here! If you receive a Speedy or Contest invitation and don’t feel it’s a good fit, you can simply ignore it. These project types are open to multiple Pros, so your decision not to participate won’t affect your Stats as long as you haven’t accepted the project.
