Yes! We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and a project that you were initially able to work on may take a while longer. We have a few ways to get our CX team's attention to your request, let's check them below!
1. Request Help!
If you have accepted a project, but realized the deadline was too short - fear not!
You can also request additional time instead of having to reject the project!
2. Request more time via the Project page
Alternatively, you will have this option!
Once you accept a project, you will be shown a timer:
Feel free to click on "Request more time" if you realize you will not be able to deliver your work in time!
3. Contact our CX team
Email us at support@bunnystudio.com! We will make sure we let our client know the project may be a bit delayed, and you will have to wait until we confirm this before you submit your work.
Important: Please do not start working until we have confirmed our client is okay with waiting. We don't want to waste your time if our client decides they need the deliverable before you're able to deliver.
