📌 Contesting QC requires Cooperation!
If you disagree with a Quality Control (QC) assessment and reach out to us for a review, please note that our team will take a few days to conduct a thorough evaluation. We want to make sure we give your case the attention it deserves.
In some situations, we may request fresh Samples using custom scripts.
These are designed to help us assess both your current audio quality and performance using your present setup.
This step is key to ensuring that our evaluation is accurate and reflective of your current capabilities.
💬 One great way to get feedback is through our Community space.
You can post your deliverable along with the Rejection comments, and both our team and fellow Pros will review it, offering tips and suggestions to help you grow your skills and improve your quality!
📩 In some situations, we may also assess Rejections directly via email, depending on the case.
