If you disagree with a Quality Control (QC) assessment and reach out to us for a review, please note that our team will take a few days to conduct a thorough evaluation.
We want to make sure your case gets the attention it deserves!
In some situations, we may request fresh Samples using custom scripts.
These are designed to help us assess both your current audio quality and performance using your present setup.
This step is key to ensuring that our evaluation is accurate and reflective of your current capabilities.
💬 How do I request Quality or Performance Feedback?
You can reach out at any given time via support@bunnystudio.com.
We'll send your audios to our QC agents, who will review them and offer all necessary tips and suggestions to help you grow your skills and improve your quality!
Please make sure to share your Samples in these specifications, to avoid any loss of quality, and to maintain the same format that is required in your projects:
- Format: WAV
- Track/Channel: Mono
- Sample Rate: 44,100 Hz
- Bit Depth: 16-bit
- Length: No longer than 30 seconds
- Normalization: -3 dB Peak
You can compile your Samples in a Google Drive or similar app, or send them attached to your email to us.
If your inquiry is about a project, you can also share the project link with our team to review your deliverables.
