The Quality Control team has a set of questions they ask when reviewing any deliverable submitted to the platform. Keeping them in mind when producing your deliverable will help avoid revision requests and rejections.
The revision process breaks down the deliverables by element, ensuring every aspect is reviewed. These are the questions asked for each element:
Project requirements

Does the document match the client’s instructions?

Does the project follow the client’s script to the letter?

Did the piece meet the purpose of the client?
If applicable:

Were the provided assets utilized in the document?

Are the assets appropriate for the text’s topic and client’s brief?

Technical requirements

Does the document match the required number of words?

Does the project contain the specified language in the project brief?

Did the writer use the right kind of voice as required by the client?

Is the tone of writing in accordance with the client’s instructions?

Were the additional instructions adhered to?
Grammatical requirements

Is the text free of grammar and spelling mistakes?

Is the punctuation consistent throughout the piece?

Is the syntax of the sentences and paragraphs in check?

Are tenses correctly used throughout the piece?

Did the writer use the best words or phrasing in conveying the intended message or purpose?

Are the punctuation, spelling, and grammar used according to the language and region chosen by the client?
If applicable:

Do the name of products or brands reflect correctly in the piece?
Keyword requirements

Are all the required keywords and keyword phrases present?

Are the keywords evenly and effectively distributed throughout the project?

Has the writer organically placed the keyword phrases?

Is the distribution of keywords more than 2.5% in the document?

Clarity
