The Quality Control team has a set of questions they ask when reviewing any deliverable submitted to the platform. Keeping them in mind when producing your deliverable will help avoid revision requests and rejections.
The revision process breaks down the deliverables by element, ensuring every aspect is reviewed. These are the questions asked for each element:
Project requirements

Does the piece match the purpose selected by the client?

Does the piece follow the instructions provided in the remarks section?

Does the piece include the assets provided by the client?
Technical requirements

Did the designer provide the source files?

Are the source files organized?

Are the files, layers, and assets clearly labeled?

Did the designer provide a friendly format preview of the deliverables?

Are the dimensions compliant with the client’s request?

Are the illustrations editable?

Color scheme

Are there any color that are difficult to see?

Typography

Is the typography chosen easy to read and understand?

Is the typography well contrasted?

Is the typography consistent?

If there is more than one typography: do they follow a visual hierarchy?

Are the text lines placed hierarchically correct?

Is the typography chosen aligned with the client’s brand/concept?

Important: ideally, the minimal font size used should be 12pt.
Text

Clarity

Are there any elements that haven't been properly cropped leaving sharp/white borders around them?

Is the background filling the artboard completely?
