If you happen to lose access to the email you use on our platform, it is imperative that you let us know right away!
Not only will our team be able to secure your account, but you'll also be helping prevent undesirable access to your account, which can compromise your earnings and personal information, as well as greatly disrupt our workflow.
You may have lost your access by being hacked, losing the password, or if the email address no longer exists - either way, we'll help you out.
As soon as you identify that your email account has been compromised and/or is no longer safe or acessible, contact us via support@bunnystudio.com and we'll assist you right away!
What will I need to provide to regain access to my account?
Our team will conduct an analysis of three documents/files you provide:
• A Screenshot of your current bank details (name, account number, etc).
For Payoneer users: you can send us a screenshot of your account details and the email you utilize at Payoneer.
We will use this to cross-check your previous payment information.

• A photo/scan of your citizen ID or Passport.
This is required to make sure that you are who you say you are - our valued Pro.
Make sure you send us the page or side of the document that contains your photo and your full name.
• A selfie or picture of you, holding a paper with your full name and the current date.
This is a very common request to make sure we're talking to you - and not an impersonator.
Take a picture of yourself (it can be a selfie or in front of a mirror), holding a paper with the current (today) date.
