In the past, we used to allow the creation of new Pro accounts under specific circumstances.
However, as our platform and tools have evolved, there are many limitations are no longer present.
Today, we prioritize maintaining and supporting each Pros's current account, since we have identified and created new tools in support that are aimed to resolve every problem a Pro might encounter that, in the past, was only "solvable" by starting from scratch with a new account.
Stats are there for a reason - and so is your project history!
Your Pro account isn’t just a profile - it’s a full record of your performance, Stats, and history with our platform as well as with support. This information is critical in helping us:
- Evaluate your performance over time
- Offer accurate support tailored to your activity
- Ensure fairness and consistency in project distribution, according to talent behavior
- Maintain long-term data that supports system improvements for Pros
What if I want to reset my Profile or Stats?
We understand that some Pros may want a fresh start.
However, we currently do not reset accounts or Stats.
We might, however, remove some projects that might be hurting your Stats.
This is done only when the negative Stats weren't the Pro's fault.
