The Quality Control team uses the following premises to review any video submitted to the system:
Project Requirements:

Does the video match the length required by the client?

Does the video match the purpose selected by the client?
Project Instructions:

Did the Pro follow the project instructions provided in the remarks section?

Did the Pro follow the script or technical script provided by the client?

Did the Pro use the reference of the sample and/or the external material attached by our client?

Did the Pro use assets provided by the client?

Did the Pro follow the Design language and instructions provided by the client?
Technical Requirements:

The video was exported in the format that the client requested (MOV, MP4, WMV, FLV, AVI, AVCHD)

The video doesn't have any distortions or errors
-
The video has color correction (only if the client selects this option)
-
There are no editing issues or misplaced frames
-
The storyboard was delivered. (only applies to motion graphics with no assets)

The length of the video follows the client's request
-
The video is consistent in design language
-
The video conveys a whole idea, where the narrative works and the message is conveyed.

If the video has background music and voice over, the latter is easy to understand, and the mix is balanced
Format requirements:
For Animation (including Motion Graphics, this can vary depending on the project)
- It must be delivered in 1920 x 1080.
- MP4 format
- Codec H264
- FPS 29.97
- Audio (in case it's requested):: 48.000 Hz – 24 bits
For Video Samples
- Duration: min: 6 seconds, max: exactly 2 mins.
- Ratio: 16:9
- Size: 500 MB
- Supported formats: MOV, MP4, WMV, FLV, AVI, AVCHD.
Other requirements:

Does the video convey a complete idea? I.e., narrative works and messages that the client requested are conveyed.

If the sample has multiple voices, is it clear which is the pro's voice?

If the sample has background music, is the voice easy to understand? Is the mix balanced?

Is the video is well-labeled with regards to its purpose?
