Our Quality Control team uses the following premises to review any deliverable submitted to the system:
Technical Requirements:
- Spelling and grammar must be perfect and consistent throughout the piece.
- The punctuation should be consistent and used according to the piece’s language and/or localization (i.e. English - US and English - UK).
- Paragraphs should be divided appropriately to improve the reading flow and ease the reader's understanding of the content.
- Sections should also be appropriately labeled with headings and subheadings to provide a clear structure to the piece.
- The tone in which the text is written should be consistent throughout.
- If the text is to include a call to action, it should be well introduced within the text and contextualized.
- The text should flow naturally into the call to action and compellingly appeal to the reader to take action.

Asset Usage
