Workspaces are designed mainly for clients who want to organize projects or budgets within the same account.
For Pros, however, having more than one workspace can sometimes cause rewards to be split across two different balances.
If you have never stumbled upon the options below - rest assured, you will not encounter the type of situation described in this article!
If you do have more than one workspace enabled, in most cases, you’ll see:
Your personal workspace (the default for all accounts)
Another workspace with a custom name- often, it's your first name
Whenever you accept a project, the rewards are credited to whichever workspace you have selected at that time. If you switch between workspaces, your balance might get divided.
If that happens, no worries: our team can easily merge your balances back into one.
To keep things simple, we recommend Pros avoid creating new workspaces. If you already see more than one (as shown in the image above), we suggest sticking with Your personal workspace, since this is the standard.
