If our emails are filtered, you could miss time-sensitive opportunities, and this can also put your account at risk of being flagged as unresponsive.
To avoid having your invitations suspended or your Stats affected negatively, here are some guides to add our address to your trusted contact list!
⚙️ How to Add Bunny Studio as a Trusted Sender
Access your Gmail inbox
Open any email from automations@account.bunnystudio.com
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right
Select “Add to Contacts”
ORGo to Settings → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter
In From, enter: @account.bunnystudio.com and @bunnystudio.com
Click Create filter

Never send it to Spam
Mark as important
Save
Access your Outlook or Office 365 inbox
Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email
Under Safe senders and domains
Click Add
Enter: @account.bunnystudio.com and @bunnystudio.com
Save
Access your Yahoo! mail inbox
Open Settings → More Settings → Filters
Click Add new filter
In From, enter: @account.bunnystudio.com and @bunnystudio.com
Choose Inbox as destination
Save

Access your Apple inbox / iCloud
Open Mail → Preferences → Rules
Click Add Rule

Set action: Move message to Inbox

If you find an email from us in Spam, Junk, or Promotions:
Open the email
Click “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox”
Add the sender to your contacts
This trains your email provider to trust us.
🚫 Bunny Studio emails are still not reaching my inbox!
If you've tried the steps above, and your issue is still not resolved, it is likely that your email provider might be automatically preventing our emails from reaching you due to the volume of emails we send, or for other reasons that might be unknown to us.
In these cases, we highly recommend reaching out to your provider support and requesting them to verify the reason why our emails are not reaching your inbox.
To ease their investigation, please inform them the senders are: @account.bunnystudio.com and @bunnystudio.com
