    Greetings, Claire!
    How do you do?

We appreciate your message in regards to this.

While we understand that clients sometimes may not read all instructions and create a project with something amiss, you can raise a Flag into the ongoing project - if the situation you have encountered is confusing.

This way, our CX team will be able to review the project, and, if necessary, cancel that project so the client can launch it again with the correct information. You can also reach out to our CX team by Live Chat if you want to discuss that project with someone in real time.

I understand that, in regards to the project displaying a wrong sample - as you said, it was probably a mistake - it can be fixed by letting our CX team know that, perhaps, that client is having difficulties using the platform as well, in which our team will definitely be able to help.

So, if this happens further on, please contact our agents and they will have a look into the project as soon as possible!

Now, in regards to your QC feedback about Room Echo and voice acting, I will assign this post to a QC Agent!
They will review your latest submissions and reply with an explanation and/or feedback!

Once again, thank you for messaging us here.
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to help you out. =)

    Best regards,

    Gabriela Schneider

Hi Claire, thanks for reaching out!

I was listening to your last work and it has two issues: Room echo and hiss.

The most notorious is the hiss, so in this case I advise you to check the cause of it, it may be the cable, some ground electrical problem or maybe the preamp itself. We invite you to review a webinar we hosted on how to control and manage hiss here: https://bit.ly/2ZixGeI

Regarding to the room echo, is there but is not that prominent, however there's room for improvement. In this case is necessary to use more acoustic absorbent material in your room to fully remove the room echo. If you want more advise in this matter, you could send us some pictures of your recording space so we can have a better understanding of the situation.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,

    Steven Cifuentes.
