Stats disappearing
My completed job count etc. Is still dropping daily. I lost 14 jobs from my count just from october 12 to today, Oct 14.
Obviously it's impacting the other categories...now I've even lost yellow Ribbons I had consistently in all categories for months and months (with the exception of speedies)
I have sent more lengthy email twice to support now and I've not heard back. So I thought it may be best to post it here as well..

717- Oct 14
731- Oct 12
739- Oct 10
758 -Oct 8
765 -Oct 3
785 -Sept 8
So that's 68 jobs just randomly missing since Sep 8! And again, the other categories are also compacted but just thought I would list the jobs completed category to keep it simple....
What's going on??

I may have an explanation for you, just from my own experience on here paying more attention to my stats recently, but I'm not part of the support team so I don't have specific insights there.
Have you been working on here for over a year? The jobs "drop off" from your stats after a year, which helps when you have rejections dragging down your stats but can mess with overall completed job count. It's possible that you just completed 68 fewer jobs between September 8 and October 14 of this year than you did last year.

Casey has brought a very valid point, which from what I can see is probably the case. =)
Your stats are calculated within the last 365 days, counting from the day you were accepted as a Pro in our platform.
For example - if you have started working with us on September of last year, you would definitely see the number of projects going down due to the difference of number of projects.
Very rarely a Pro can maintain the same numbers or even increase them once the "year" flips, as the numbers are being gradually replaced as your current ones as the months go by again.
