Music track
Hello Bunny team!
Ive seen on several occasions where the clients have referenced some detail or another about their music track in the instructions. Would this not be relevant information for the voice actor to have? Having the opportunity to hear the music track certainly helps one connect to the script so much better. And based on some of the comments made by clients, l believe that clients think that we as voice actors actually get to hear the music track so we know how to tempo our delivery.... It's such an important element in the creative direction of an ad, for example, that I'm puzzled as to why we don't have automatic access/reference to that music track.
I understand you can't share the high resolution version as it is licensed, but if we can even have a watermarked version that would be tremendously helpful in representing Bunny studio in a more professional and efficient light if the vocal artist can build the story with one of the most important components For setting the mood and tone, (that being music)
I understand that if I'm aware of the music being used, I can ask for a watermark sample, as I have done before but there are many occasions where I wouldn't have a clue what or if music was being used....
Thanks a bunch o' carrots
Keri

Hey there, Keri!
How do you do?
Thank you for posting about this topic! =)
We completely understand that, the more information and context, the better the creative process of a VO is!
In cases like this, you may, of course, ask for a CX member via chat or email to provide the track - as the clients may not be aware that you prefer to give it a listen, and subsequently, improve the quality and tempo of your work! =)
Of course, we can bring this up with our, as I deem it a very valid question.
On a side note, in most cases, projects that will have a sountrack may also be mixed by our post-producers, which make sure that the client will get your submission and the soundtrack properly mixed and mastered.
In regards to quality, we make sure that if there is anything amiss, when projects require, our agents will step in if the client requires!
This is part of the service BunnyStudio provides, too!
I hope to have answered your question, but if you have any comments or need any more assistance, please let us know!
Best regards,
and have a wonderful week,
Gabriela Schneider
