Change payment rate for recordings that include separating multiple files

How could I do to offer Voicebunny a proposal to change the system to offer the voices of the speakers?

I have been observing in booking jobs that some carry a large number of separate files, which the announcer or announcer must separate edit and deliver.

Doing this part implies a meticulous work and makes the delivery slower because you have to be careful to edit well and place the file in the corresponding box. Thus, the work goes beyond making and recording a professional reading. The part of editing and separating audio files makes the work a little more complicated.

My proposal would be that the customer can be offered a hard reading for a price and a reading with separation of files (for example from 20 files) with another price. I think it would be fair for speakers and why not also for the customer, even for Voicebunny as a company that can be even more flexible and friendly in their offerings of voices.

Cómo pudiera hacer para ofrecerle a Voicebunny una propuesta de cambio en el sistema para ofrecer las voces de los locutores?

He estado observando en los trabajos de booking que algunos llevan una gran cantidad de archivos separados, que el locutor o locutora debe separar editar y entregar.

Hacer esta parte implica un trabajo minucioso y hace la entrega mas lenta porque hay que estar atento en editar bien y colocar el archivo en la casilla que corresponde. Siendo así , el trabajo va mas allá de hacer y grabar una lectura profesional. La parte de edición y separación de archivos de audios hace el trabajo un poco más complicado.

Mi propuesta sería que se le puede ofrecer al cliente una lectura corrida por un precio y una lectura con separación de archivos ( por ejemplo a partir de 20 archivos ) con otro precio. Creo que sería justo para los locutores y por que no también para el cliente, incluso para Voicebunny como empresa que puede mostrarse aun más flexible y amable en sus ofertas de voces.
