please make it necessary for a client to give feedback when their rating is less than 5 stars
I want to know why I don't get a 5 star rating! I'm a perfectionist, and though I'm happy with the 4/5 or 5/5 star reveiws I ahve received to date, I want to know why when they only choose 4 star.
especially if the reason was because they thought I was slow...and in actual fact because I'm in Australia, it may be that that time, my audition wasn't reviewed by voice bunny for at least 8 hours because of time zone differences!
but either way, what's the point of a less than perfect rating if you don't know why.
also, allowing for a feature where clients and bunnies can communicate about tone and direction so we can adjust our auditions would ensure better ratings all round.

Hi Sharon,
Thank you for the feedback! We totally understand how important feedback is for you as a Pro. We think it's important too! Clients do have space where they can leave comments that go with the ratings they give after receiving a fulfilled project. The comments are not a must, however, but it's a fair point the one you give us today: it would be very useful to know their reasons for a rating when it's below 3 stars at the very least. We also understand the inconveniences Pros experience sometimes with the Time Zones. As we work to improve on this front, I invite you to bring forward to us any rejections you believe were caused by our service and not your performance so we can evaluate them.
For your second question, I must say we've received a fair share of these comments and we have taken them into account. It's not as easy as it seems, but we've considered several scenarios and how would they work in determined cases. So far we haven't gotten to one that would work for Pros, Clients and our team, but we're still looking for the perfect solution! Then again, all the ideas we receive from our Pros are vital in the search of this feature so we invite you (and other Pros too!) to keep on sharing your ideas and concerns with us.
