    Hi Charles,

    Thank you for sharing your case with us. 

    After looking at the project we found indeed a miss alignment in our decision taking. 

    It's important for the audition to convey all the remarks provided by the client, including any timing instructions.

    Therefore, QC must ask for a revision if such instruction is disregarded. This way the talent can revise the file and resubmit.
