Maybe voice bunny should flag and give extra help to clients with a history of very high revision rates
My latest job was for a client who has asked for revisions on 67% of the jobs placed. If I had communications with this client I would automatically
1- Ask for very clear direction of the type of read they are looking for, samples of sound alikes, etc.
2-Ask for which voice sample they used to select the voice and whether that read was what they wanted on the current job
3-Allow for multiple versions (especially on shorter scripts) or suggest multiple samples of part of a longer script for the client to choose from.
A client with 67% revisions is obviously having trouble communicating what they want from the vo. Wouldn't it be best to flag these clients and help them up front instead of having the vo do revision after revision?

Hi Candace
Sorry for our late reply here!
I really like the way you think and this suggestion is really helpful. It does indeed show that there are clients that are not that good at giving instructions.
1- We are currently working on ways to guide our clients on giving better remarks for their projects. We have compiled some of our tips in our Knowledge Base and have also thought about other ways where we can ask them for richer and better instructions. Also, you can help us a lot to pinpoint these projects, too! If you see a project that you see has very little remarks or they're unclear, please email us at support@voicebunny.com. We're always open to get further feedback from our clients.
2- We actually always ask this to our clients. When they book you, they have to always do it via a sample from your profile. We do this to make sure you are aware of what intention/sound from your voice they want. However, keep in mind that the clients sometimes remove this sample when they want a new intention from you.
3- You can totally submit more than 1 take if you prefer. We don't make it mandatory to do so as the reward we're paying corresponds to only one, but please know that you are free to choose if you want to submit more. To do this, please upload them all in the same file, making sure that both takes are complete, separated from one another, and well edited. For very big projects, you can totally send small samples via email to our production management team and we will send them to the client prior to completing the full project to make sure you record only the intention the client prefers.
Hope this explained and went over your inquiries! We usually don't take this long to reply, I swear. Sorry for the delays! Let me know if you have more questions.
