Rejected Submission
Hi submission was rejected in the application process. I mistakenly had a fan on in the studio and it affected the quality of the order. Will I get another chance and how long does it usually take?

Sure, you'll be able to request a reconsideration anytime you want. Just make sure you've fixed the quality issues pinpointed in the recording before applying again. I suggest you share the recording here with us so we can all give you more feedback and input you can use to get top notch quality!
The new project will take from 7 to 31 days as you're added to the application's queue. The timing will depend on how many pending apps we have in the system at the time you request a new one. To request it, simply go to your account and click the "Click here to continue it" link. This will automatically add you to the queue.

Do I just resubmit right now or do I have to wait for an email to resubmit?

There's no limit as to when you can request a new project. Just keep in mind that you have only 3 chances to apply.

Yup. It will take from 7 to 31 days for a new project to get to your account. This timing depends on how many applications we have in queue at the moment.

So I'm on vacation for a week and I get a notification from VoiceBunny to do another project for submission. So today I'm ready to fill out the order and they say I've been rejected because I'm too late. I guess waiting another 30 days then. Real aggravating.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I understand the frustration this may cause you. We did explain that the project could come in any day within 31 days and I'm sorry that it had to be precisely when you were on vacation. We had no way of knowing that you were on vacation and, as the system is 100% automatic, it wouldn't be possible for us to stop it.
I'm really sorry again for this issues. We hope you can get the new project really soon!
