I get this message when I try to submit. There is only one other audition showing. Am I doing somthing wrong when I submit?

Hi Margaret!
When that happens it means that the project has already been accepted by enough Pros. Even if the recordings are not there yet, to avoid our Pros to lose their recordings, we save a spot for you guys when you accept a project.
Depending on the type of project (Speedy or Contest) we give you a certain amount of time to deliver the recording. For auditions, we allow around 25 minutes to record and deliver the audio. For this reason, unless a Pro allows the project to expire or get his/her recording rejected, the project will be closed.
