Rejected Sound
Few minutes ago I was rejected by a Contest because of asome notices hiring y the team. I have some troubles with my computer and the place where I recorded my auditions. I made two news files with differents computers, both with the requirements for upload It´s. WAV 44 Hrts 16 bits mono, -0.3 db , no compression nor effects.
Could you please tell me if this recorded sound are clean o well made, or if you steel hear some noises?

What I can pick up from your recording is that there're a lot o f hiss and background noises. There're also editing clips due to not fading the takes properly. Did you make any changes to your setup?

The background noise is the same and the edits are very harsh. The recording has a lot of editing clips :( Also, the recording sounds quite muddy due to the mid-low frequencies being boosted.

I must to confess that in this new location, I have had to chage the conmputer. Normally I use to record with I MAC 10.10.5 with garageband new version, and the same microphone, with succesfull aprovements , But now, I record with a macbook late 2009, and the version of garageband is the previous , Is here any possibility that the problem comes from this Mac Book? tomorrow I will send you one more file with the I MAC 10.10.5 to find the problem

The issue is not with the computer. The situation is that the environment you're recording in is not ideal for professional audio recording. The computer doesn't make a difference unless it makes a lot of noise which, in this case, is not the issue that I can identify.
I suggest you review the space you're recording in and make adjustments acoustically.

The issues with the file are still very present. I'm really sorry! The hum and hiss are very noticeable. I really hope you can make the necessary changes to your space so your recordings recover your great quality!
