No verification code

I saw the post in 2016 about the verification code being received. The exact same problem for me today. The reply didn't give me any insights.

No verification code sent after three attempts. I then emailed the support link that was posted, if a problem occurred. BOUNCE back on that email.

Then I left a phone message about the issue. 

Then I received an email that stated the issue is best handled by the Talent Management Team within 72 hours. The email also indicated I should check knowledge base.

Here I am...any takers?
