Trouble with Phone Verification/emailing talent support
Hi there,
I am a new user and finished/passed the account signup process, and now am at the stage of a Phone Verification. I didn't get the code (I tried a few times to have a new one sent, and it's been a few hours since I started trying it), then I emailed talentsupport@bunnyinc.com and it got kicked back. I found a "Contat us" form, and in the response it said I'd hear back in 72 hours and that I could also check here in the community support area. Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone help me out?

I have reported the issue and have also verified your account in a different way. You have already waited much and we want to help you! Now, the only step you're missing is to sign our account agreement. Please make sure you read it carefully as the policies explained there will apply for every project you receive via VoiceBunny.

Hi, Angela! What e-mail should I use? As mentioned, the talentsupport@bunnyinc.com doesn't work - messages get kicked back as "undeliverable." The one you used here is a "noreply."

I am also having the same problem - I tried a number of times to get the phone verification code sent to me, and now, nearly 12 hours later, it has yet to arrive. I have verified the phone number.
When I tried emailing the recommended email address, I also had it kicked back to me.
Can I please get assistance?

I am also having this problem. Very excited to have passed my WritingBunny test, but despite several tries, no verification code is being sent to me. And, as mentioned, the support email address talentsupport@bunnyinc.com bounces my email back to me (as does bunnyprohelp@bunnyinc.com).
Would love to get started ASAP!

Thank you for letting me know about this. Allow me to report the case to our engineering team so we can get a solution for that right away. Apparently, our phone messaging system is down but I'll make sure we look into it ASAP.

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you before on this matter. I was OOO due to falling ill and I'm now catching up with the reports filed.
