I am a new user and finished/passed the account signup process, and now am at the stage of a Phone Verification. I didn't get the code (I tried a few times to have a new one sent, and it's been a few hours since I started trying it), then I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org and it got kicked back. I found a "Contat us" form, and in the response it said I'd hear back in 72 hours and that I could also check here in the community support area. Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone help me out?
