Rejection due to heavy processing

Hi, I've been with Voice Bunny for a little over three months now. The projects increased over a short time and I was even winning a few contests and getting a couple bookings (I hope this is normal for many starting out on VB). I noticed as my numbers were growing and staying in a positive range, I started getting project offers that paid higher and higher. However, at least three times now my submissions for these higher-paying projects have been rejected due to "heavy processing" which is not true. I received remarks back about how heavy EQ and compression would distort the submission. However, I haven't done anything like that in any of my submissions, so I'm not sure where they are hearing it. My submissions were being accepted before and I haven't changed anything except improve the sound absorption in my booth. I found another link where someone else was experiencing this and the rejections were removed from his stats. I hope the same can be done for me because I'm getting discouraged about how my stats have fallen. Thanks!
