Application Rejection

I have received feedback from QC determining my work suitability. While this is my first into the world of voice-overs, i am not entirely sure what to do, to get the best outcome to my recordings. Section of feedback below; QC -

"expect the recording to be properly edited, unprocessed, and ready-to-use. Here are the issues found in your application: there\'s excessive hiss."

I find Voice-Bunny an interesting place to be, and will certainly like to excel here.
