checking sound quality

few days ago I was rejected in a contest because of noises around . I made adjustments on my computer and just want to verify if now with this attached file, the record and the voice sounds good.

The background noise and hiss are very present throughout the whole recording. There's even a bit of electrical noise there that is quite distracting. I'm sorry for the inconveniences!
Also, the file is over compressed so it distorts a bit. You may want to review the gain of your amplifier and tone it down a bit. If you're using a compressor/limiter, please bypass it.

As Angela mentions, the noise floor of your recording is way too high. You can hear the computer fan throughout the recording. You need to position the mic farther away from all sources of noise.
